Our founder, George Kellgren, established KelTec in 1991 in Cocoa, Florida.

Every firearm produced since that day has been designed by George under the guiding principle that these machines should be innovative in their design and exciting to use. His passion for, and dedication to creating innovative firearms enabled him to achieve the American Dream.
